Some of the instruction were incorrect. I couldnt type MEP2 in so started to enter at the prompt screen even though you say dont. However it worked!

Didn't get the congratulations message but worked straight away as soon as the new SIM card entered. Easy Simple to use hassle free service. I would recommend the service rather than taking your phone to a high street shop.

It didnt work quite as per the instructions i.e. congratulations message but it unlocked when I put the new sim in the phone and updated the carrier settings. Very pleased with service.
